Crescent Business Solutions, doing business as Rucards,

Rucards is a leading provider of prepaid card solutions, specializing in Prepaid Cards, Prepaid Gift Cards, Brand Vouchers, and Corporate Expense Management Solutions.We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Support / Query Executive to manage non-voice support functions, resolve queries, and ensure smooth data and process management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify merchant documentation (KYC, business registration, financials) in line with regulatory and company onboarding requirements.
- Ensure complete and compliant submission of merchant documents prior to activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banking/payment partners for seamless onboarding.
- Manage documentation flow through secure channels and track TATs for each stage.
- Liaise with merchants to collect missing information or rectify discrepancies.
- Escalate delays or issues as per internal SOP and escalation protocols.
- Assist in generating onboarding MIS reports and audit-ready documentation archives

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in merchant onboarding, KYC verification, or document control (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
- Understanding of KYC norms and documentation requirements for various entity types (Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Pvt Ltd, LLP, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with document exchange platforms (shared drives, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining compliance and documentation accuracy.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in onboarding for payment gateway, POS, UPI, or digital commerce platforms.
- Exposure to compliance processes and regulatory guidelines in digital payments.
- Familiarity with CRM or document workflow tools.

**Work exprience**: 6 Month to 1 year for relavant exprience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
