Job Title: Cash Flow ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cash Flow Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating new merchant applications and onboarding, ensuring smooth payment processing, and maintaining documentation.Work closely with external providers and internal departments to streamline the onboarding process and maintain standardization and scalability.Monitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs, working closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and ensure data accuracy.Be the primary point of contact for external queries and requests regarding merchant KYC, risk, and compliance requirements, as well as day-to-day questions.Manage external tools and systems, generating reports, reviewing dashboards, and performing user management tasks on a regular basis.Responsibilities:Coordinate new merchant applications and onboarding processes.Ensure smooth payment processing and maintain documentation.Monitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs.Manage external tools and systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within e-commerce/digital goods and services.Excellent project management skills and organizational abilities.Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to new processes and procedures.Fluency in English, spoken and written.Why Join Us?As a Cash Flow Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency.
