- Responsibilities_
- _Respond to customer queries and customers concern_
- _Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user._
- _Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies_
- _Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs_
- _Provide excellent customer service to our customers_
- _You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis._
- _Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate (Any Discipline)_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_
- _Analytical skills with customer centric approach_
- _Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent_
- _You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)_
