**Job Title**: Guest Service Associate**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes (for hospitality settings).
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or the facility.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or service issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the reception or guest service area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Process transactions, billing, or reservations as needed.
- Keep records of guest interactions, feedback, and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience preferred (especially in hospitality or retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

**Work Environment**:

- May involve standing for extended periods.
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
