The Guest Service Associate (GSA) in the F&B Service department is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing attentive, courteous, and professional service. The role involves assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant, bar, or banquet services, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards and hygiene protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items, beverages, and promotions.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- **Service Excellence**:

- Ensure a seamless and personalized dining experience for guests.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed during service.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Operational Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist in the preparation of service areas, including mise en place and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including food safety protocols.
- Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns when required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Support team members during peak service times to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
- **Upselling and Revenue Contribution**:

- Promote menu specials, upsell beverages, and suggest add-ons to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 or a diploma/degree in hotel management.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in F&B service or a similar role preferred. Freshers with a customer-oriented approach are also welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically demanding role that requires standing and moving for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
