- **Achieving respective Sales target - with respect to Décor Category**

**Responsibilities**:

- **The Customer Care Associate's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer to execute the sites with the co-ordination of Designer Associate.**:

- **Maintainingthe Site Management Card/Lead Management/Site Completion Card**:

- **Credibility Building with customer & servicing the high satisfaction and achieving NPS rating at Execution**
