**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Crafting compelling content, including engaging reels and eye-catching graphics, will be second nature to you. Leveraging analytics, you'll refine campaigns for maximum impact, ensuring our brand shines in the digital sphere.
- Track record of success in growing social media channels and driving conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or B2C brands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
