**Job Title: Chinese ChefJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook traditional and modern Chinese dishes to the highest standards.
- Plan and develop menu items reflecting Chinese culinary traditions and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and menu development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Specialization in a specific Chinese cuisine
- Experience in high-volume restaurants or hotels.
- Creativity in developing new dishes and adapting traditional recipes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
