About the team and role_**
- _
- The role is for CredAvenue’s bond platform, CredBond (Plutus), for covering issuers. Specifically, the role will entail active prospecting of debt raise by various issuers viz. Enterprise Finance Entities including but not limited to FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce, Construction, EPC, New age tech companies, Pharma & Financial Services entities including MSME, MFI, HFC, LAP, Gold to raise debt via NCDs/MLDs/CPs/PTCs_

**Key responsibilities**:

- _ Onboard and run coverage of users to move their excess liquidity management on our platform. _
- _Liaise and help structure investment policies of new and existing users._
- _ Understand end to end business models of users and provide solutions which will help them improve profitability. _
- _P&L owner who will drive GTV and profitability for the platform. _
- _Drive market making process on platform from investment opportunity side which will increase activity on the platform._
- _ Help generate dept of availability at both sides of platform (demand and supply)._

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- _ Possess 4-7 years of relevant experience in treasury management and partnership management._
- _Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data, and solving problems_
- _ Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships - is comfortable across various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts)_
- _ Demonstrate high level of analytical skills; judge situations and think on feet_
- _ Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly_
- _ Have demonstrated resilience _
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment_
