We seek a skilled and results-driven **Affiliate Marketer** with 1-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. As an Affiliate Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

Your expertise in affiliate programs, partnerships, and digital marketing will be crucial in expanding our brand presence and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Create and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing plans to drive brand visibility, increase traffic, and generate qualified leads.
- Source and onboard suitable affiliate partners and build strong relationships to maximize program success. Regularly evaluate and expand the affiliate network to ensure optimal coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop attractive offers, promotions, and marketing materials that resonate with affiliates and drive conversion rates.
- Analyze affiliate campaign performance, track KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries, providing promotional materials, and ensuring timely commission payments.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies in affiliate marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, ROI, and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of affiliate or digital marketing experience with SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative affiliate marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimisation strategies.

**Salary**: From ₹70,000.00 per month
