**Marketing & Operations Intern (Affiliate & Recruitment) - Zupain**

**Location**: On-Site (as per company policy)
**Duration**: 3-6 months (with potential for full-time)

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Operations Intern** to support our **Affiliate Marketing & Hiring Operations**. You will work directly under the **Operations & Growth team**, assisting with **affiliate program management, hiring & recruitment, and operational coordination**. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations and strategic execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Affiliate Marketing Support**:

- Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners.
- Track affiliate performance and optimize engagement.
- Maintain communication with affiliates, resolving queries and ensuring smooth operations.

**Hiring & Recruitment**:

- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain hiring databases and update recruitment pipelines.

**Operational Assistance**:

- Work closely with the operations team on various administrative and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
- Support process improvements and workflow optimization.

**Strong communication & organizational skills**
Interest in **affiliate marketing & recruitment**
Ability to **multitask & adapt quickly**
Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail
Experience with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, or ATS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
