**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content in line with brand voice and campaigns
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance metrics
- Coordinate with teams for content requirements
- Assist in daily office operations and coordination tasks
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and reports
- Support HR, marketing, or project teams with administrative and execution-based tasks
- Handle communication with vendors, customers and internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Students or recent graduates (any field) are welcome to apply
