**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive in Digital Marketing/Performance

Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media pages by executing strategic initiatives.

Assist in generating creative content and ideas for social media platforms.

2.Content Creation and Strategy:
Collaborate to develop and implement effective social media strategies.

Monitor online trends to conceptualize engaging and relevant content.

3.Digital Marketing Execution:
Execute and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

Utilize knowledge in SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics for performance marketing.

4.Online Reputation Management:
Oversee the online reputation across all social channels and address issues proactively.

5.Campaign Optimization:
Explore and identify new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.

Track sales data to ensure alignment with sales quotas and prepare performance reports.

6.Innovation and Competitiveness:
Test new channels and trends to maintain competitiveness and add value to the marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

Strong understanding of internet culture, search engines, and social media platforms.

Proficiency in major social media paid marketing, SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Excellent analytical skills with a creative mindset for ideas and content creation.

Strong communication skills and ability to present performance reports.
