
Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with clients’ brand voices and goals.
- Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the content team to produce impactful social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with industry best practices.
- **Online Advertising**:
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to achieve clients’ marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize ROI on ad spends.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, generate reports, and provide insights to clients.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance performance and engagement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Train and mentor junior team members in social media best practices and strategies.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads platforms and experience running paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
