**About the Job**

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of the company's clients by providing exceptional support and guidance.

What you will do:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests for assistance
- Providing clients with product demonstrations, training, and support to maximize their usage and benefits of our services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Analyzing client data and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements to better serve clients and provide value
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in client success, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of investment banking and financial services industry is a plus
