**Job Opening - Sales Executive (Motor/Health Insurance)**

**Location**: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Mode**: Walk-in Interview Required

**Important Notes**:

- **Walk-in interview** is mandatory at the Kharadi, Pune office.
- Fluency in **English and Hindi** with excellent communication skills is **required**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:

- **Freshers**: Graduation is **mandatory**:

- **Experience**:

- Freshers welcome for general customer support roles
- **Minimum 1 year of sales experience** in **motor or health insurance** is required for sales roles
- **Languages**: Fluent in English & Hindi (no MTI/RTI)
- **Skills**:

- Confident verbal communication
- Customer handling
- Problem-solving abilities

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries across **chat and voice channels**:

- Provide accurate **product/service information**:

- Maintain high levels of **customer satisfaction**:

- **Document** interactions and escalate issues as needed

**Selection Process**:

- **HR Interview Round**:

- **Versant Test** - Minimum score of **5** required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
