Position: International Sales Executive - Solar Panel Products

Location: Kirti Nagar / Moti Nagar (West Delhi)

Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the role of International Sales Executive to handle outbound sales processes in the solar panel product industry. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals effectively.

Shift Timings:

- Early Morning Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Week Off: Fixed Sunday
- Saturday: Half day

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain products and services, and generate qualified leads.
- Present product features and benefits while addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Record customer details and sales progress accurately in the system.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain organized call logs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle objections and close sales with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Keen attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with solar products and technologies (preferred).

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Open to Undergraduates or Graduates in any field.
- Professional certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage.

Age Limit: Up to 38 years.
