**Requirements**:
**Objectives of this Role**:

- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT professionals.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:

- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to IT roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about the latest industry developments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience 0 - 1year.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
