**Job Profile - Customer Relationship Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a bridge between customers and the company from pre-sale to post-possession.
- Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into site visits.
- Guide clients through the sales process including documentation, payment schedule, and legal formalities.
- Regularly update clients on project status, possession timelines, and post-sale services.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service or relationship management (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
