
Customer Relationship Executive

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical), or related field. Additional certifications in Customer Relationship Management or Project Management are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management, ideally in the electrical contracting industry or similar sectors.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant software tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of billing and invoicing procedures, especially in the context of large organizations and government undertakings.
- Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry and familiarity with Government of India undertakings is a plus.
**Working Hours and Location**:
- **Working Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Saturday 10AM to 6:30PM. Flexible hours may be required for client calls and urgent matters.
