Job Requisition
Schedule and conduct selection tests and simulation/assessments
Conduct interviews as necessary
Process job offers (prepare offer/accept and Ready to Hire)
New Hire onboarding and orientation
Apprentices and Trainees recruitment
Interact with managers at various levels within the organization
Interface with external agencies and bodies for recruitment
Reporting: Maintains applicable documentation as required for audits.

Typical internal customers include various contacts throughout the facility, as well as various external contacts in external recruiting such as Contract agencies, community, government bodies etc. The position is challenged with managing a variety of tasks and customers, with multiple priorities. Problems may be complex and can require the incumbent to develop quick solutions. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results.

Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous improvement, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost savings, process quality, etc.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Requires a good understanding of Recruitment and hiring process, with expertise in various human resources policies and statutory regulations governing agency, apprentices and company trainees’ recruitment.

The incumbent must have good problem
- solving skills and must maintain confidentiality. Must be excellent in interpersonal communication skills. The position typically requires an undergraduate degree with advanced HR education preferred. In addition, five to seven years of progressive job
- related experience is desired.
