ob Description: IT Recruiter with HR Generalist Experience

**Position**: IT Recruiter
**Experience**: 2-3 years as an HR Generalist in an IT company
**Location**: Erode
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.

**HR Generalist Duties**:

- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and address queries related to HR policies.
- Support performance management processes and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate training programs for skill development and team building.
- Handle employee grievances, exit interviews, and other HR operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment and familiarity with technical roles.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and labor laws.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience in employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
- Ability to design and deliver HR initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
- Exposure to talent management and workforce planning.

**Qualifications**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,309.91 - ₹35,489.18 per month
