- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of assisting onshore Underwriters in full-service Underwriting of high-ticket U.S. Commercial Real Estate Loans across all property types and adhere to the required TAT, Accuracy, and guidelines_
- Responsibilities_
- _Responsible for High volume data analysis, interpret and input including setup of all new accounts in electric database._
- _Adherence to agreed SLAs, Reporting of exceptions as required_
- _Read, identify and index documents in large volumes, take necessary steps as per SLA on missing information, create input for downstream processes._
- _Prepare pay off quotes and communicate with customer._
- _Responsible for paying Taxes and perform escrow analysis, work on bulk data in excel, monitor insurance and prepare deficiency notices._
- _Setup escrow records._
- _Create covenants and follow up, review expenses related to reserves for maintenance of properties._
- _Prepare internal reporting on status on deliverables._
- _Additional tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Graduate in Commerce._
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Any previous work experience in US/Indian Cash Apps, Reporting & Taxation of Real Estate industry._
- _Excellent verbal/written communication skill, Knowledge of MS Office suite. Accuracy centric._
