**Working Days** - 5 DAYS

**Location of the job - **Noida

**Indicative salary range - **Industry

**Qualification **- Chartered Accountant

**RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- He / She will be responsible for assisting CFO in financial strategy, financial reports, company audits, compliance, fund management, fund allocation and bank relationships.
- Support the CFO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
- Coordinating with lenders for debt portfolio management
- Overall responsibility of Business Plans of the projects
- Ensuring appropriate tax models are adopted by the company
- Serves as a financial advisor to both CFO and CEO as per requirement
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
- Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.
- Excellent business communication and collaboration, strategic thinking, leadership skills and analytical aptitude.
