**Position**: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

**Industry**: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing
**Experience**: Minimum 8-12 years (Must have experience in garment line / manufacturing setup)
**Salary Range**: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Location**: NOIDA SECTOR -67
**Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Financial Planning & Strategy**
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support management decisions.
- Analyze market trends and manufacturing costs to optimize profitability.

**2. Accounting & Compliance**
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.

**3. Costing & MIS Reporting**
- Implement cost control measures in production, raw material procurement, and logistics.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management (sales, production cost, and margin analysis).
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory cost efficiency.

**4. Banking & Treasury Management**
- Manage relationships with banks for working capital, LC, BG, and loan documentation.
- Ensure proper fund management and monitor utilization of credit limits.
- Oversee payments, receivables, and vendor reconciliations.

**5. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and train team members to maintain high standards of financial control.
- Collaborate with the management and production teams for financial planning and cost optimization.

**6. Risk Management & Internal Control**
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and processes.
- Identify financial risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure transparent and ethical financial practices across departments.

**7. Strategic Decision Support**
- Support management in pricing, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Provide financial insights for new business opportunities and expansion plans.
- Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to decision-making with financial perspective.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
