## 2. **Service Management**
- **Order Taking and Coordination**: Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- **Table Management**: Oversee the service of multiple tables, ensuring that each table is attended to efficiently and that service standards are maintained.

## 3. **Team Leadership**
- **Training and Supervision**: Train and mentor junior staff, including servers and bussers. Provide guidance on service standards and best practices.
- **Shift Coordination**: Manage the front-of-house team during a shift, ensuring that duties are performed as expected and addressing any issues that arise.

## 4. **Quality Control**
