Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to swimmers’ skill levels and goals.

Instruct proper swimming techniques, stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and endurance strategies.

Monitor swimmer progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust workouts as needed.

Ensure a safe swimming environment by enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines.

Prepare athletes for competition by developing race strategies and managing meet participation.

Maintain detailed records of attendance, progress, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with parents, facility staff, and other coaches to support swimmer development.

Stay current with coaching techniques, certification requirements, and best practices.

Organize and lead dryland training sessions as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a swim coach, instructor, or competitive swimmer.

Certification in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain).

Coaching certification (e.g., ASCA, USA Swimming, Swim England) preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
