**Job description for Coach**

Michael Phelps Swimming program and is driven to provide education at an exceptional level.
- Provide competent, safe instruction using recognized lead-up skills as established by our profession and nation aquatic agencies.
- Plan and effectively organize class time for maximum practice. This is accomplished through weekly lesson plans.
- Teach with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Provide for consistency in instruction by working each assigned period.
- Facilitate the assessment process with the swim lesson supervisors.
- Promote good public relations by talking with parents and students and motivating them for swimming.
- Dress appropriately for all classes.
- Turn in required paperwork.

**Salary**: ₹14,310.00 - ₹30,082.00 per month
