**Essential Qualification**: NIS Diploma in Swimming or NIS certificate course in swimming or ASCA certified. Participation in Swimming at State/University/National level.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experiences in the field of swimming coaching Knowledge,

**Skills and Abilities**: Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming Good communicator, Self-motivate, confident, energetic. The ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers, perseverance and patience The ability to encourage students and put them at ease Expert in all forms of swimming strokes like freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and back stroke, etc. The ability to encourage people and put them at ease. 3.

To teach and coach for all ages and abilities to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the swimming. Swimming coaching experience and knowledge of pool safety. Correct faults in swimming techniques and identify ways to improve performance.
