Regular Duties:
*Answering incoming calls and relaying dispatch related answers and forwarding inquiries to appropriate parties;
*Coordinate and communicate dispatch of vehicles;
*Arrange for & forward shipping documentation;
*Communicate the tracking and tracing of goods in transit when required;
*Ensures the respect of load dimensions per dispatch;
*Ensures the respect and management of the drivers' hours of service related to the delivery schedule;
*Ensures the respect and management of the various applicable laws;
*Ensures that the drivers are met by the operations managers for follow-ups on awareness, coaching, training and disciplinary notices;
*Data Entry & Auditing
*All other related tasks.

Experience Requirements
*Minimum 1yr experience in the trucking industry preferred;
*Knowledgeable of applicable transportation safety and compliance rules, laws and regulations is preferred;
*Intermediate Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is required.

Skills Set - 1+ years of experience in an Intermodal Dispatch related position - Strong command over English - both written and verbal - Excellent communication skills - Customer service oriented - Proactive, Enthusiastic and approachable - Detail oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize - Should have knowledge with CN/CP Rail systems - Must be willing to adjust to different situations - Knowledge of TMW/Truckmate Software - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must be familiar with (GTA) Greater Toronto Area - Must be able to work in fast paced and team

Environment Duties:

- Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer specific freight issues.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal/ external use.
- Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
- Follow established procedures for processing bills.
- Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
- Dispatching drivers from or to Rail Terminals
- Planning & organizing next day deliveries
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with the clients, Drivers and other employees
- Any other duties as assigned to Dispatch Team - Rail billing and knowledge of steamship lines

Desired Skills and Experience - College diploma - Previous logistics and customer experience is an asset. - Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. - Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi task. - Ability to learn a new software quickly.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
