**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our reach within the B2B market, including wholesalers, retailers, and other key business partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and achieve business goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, relationship-building activities, and exceptional customer service.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate regular sales reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
- **Field Sales**:

- Conduct regular on-field visits to client locations, attend industry events, and participate in sales presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the jewelry industry (essential).
- Strong understanding of the jewelry industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and key players.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
