**Responsibilities**

**Sales Coordination**:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order status updates. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and address any concerns.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing travel arrangements. Maintain sales databases, update customer profiles, and generate sales reports as required. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.

**Order Processing and Fulfillment**:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipment and delivery of orders. Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
