**Key Result Areas**

Supporting Actions

Accountability: Organize for testing, inspection and control of all incoming, in process finished products so as to ensure consistent quality products.

1. Testing frequency as per the Quality plan.

2. Calibration of test equipment as per quality plan.

3. Monitor the lab results and guide for corrective actions in case of deviations.

4. Corresponding with BIS and customers for quality compliances.

Customer Satisfaction: Co
- ordinate & arrange timely feedback on complaints samples, test results, test certificates to the concerned through timely testing, inspection and analysis for enhancing customer outflow.

1. Monitor system regularly. If required, attend complaint at site in time.

2. Monitor complaints and ensure redresal in time.

3. Analyze any recurring nature of genuine problem and make action plan for elimination.

4. Ensure proper documentation.

Environment: Monitor & carryout all the activities required to maintain good housekeeping & safety standards of Unit.

1. Environment monitoring for emission and spillages.

2. Statutory compliance reports preparation and submission.

3. Review the jobs / systems as per requirement.

Liasioning with Govt. Agencies: Ensure conformation of products to BIS system and to maintain good relation with BIS executives and other inspecting agencies to fulfill statutory compliance

1. Ensure effective testing and inspection as per BIS procedures.

2. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance.

3. Liaison with BIS for renewal of license, etc.

4. Ensure compliance with Environment related statutory requirements.

5. Ensure clearance from KSPCB for Consent Renewals.

6. Coordination with Authorities for inspections and audits.

Implementation of WCM system.

1. Review of WCM practices, Ensure daily 5S activities, timely rectification of abnormalities.

2. Coordinate for painting of Visuals and Posters for Safety and WCM.

3. WCM system training and Model area development

4. Organizing Mega Cleaning.

5. Ensure KFA Team meetings with updation of activity boards.

6. Involvement in audit.

7. Model Area assessments, WCM assessments.

8. Identifying abnormality during Mega cleaning activity.

Implementation of Quality Management System

Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 system by documents management, Internal Audits, Coordinating External Audits.

People Management

Enhancing skill of people through continuous learning and assigning projects.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Science,Diploma

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-7 Years
