Roles and Responsibilities : Hub and Retail Operations Will be in charge of the hub inspection/audit and carry out routine inspection/audit of the all the hubs/retail shop. Verify all the PRPs are established and continuously maintained in the retails settings. Monitor the receiving and distribution of the product in the hub/retail shop as part of audit. Will assist/conduct regular scheduled training for hub/retail shop staffs. Verify the implementation of all standard food safety parameters mandated by the internal quality policy company and regulatory authorities. Inspect SOP/ process from beginning to end to ensure all products meet safe quality food standards during storage and processing in the retail setting. Verify the enforcement of all company GMP's policies and procedures. Provide compliance guidance during regulatory and other audits. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and work with the operations team to implement change. Will conduct internal audits and score the retail operations and manage audits by third-party inspectors when required. Will assist in data analysis and preparing reports on operational status to relay to top management Verify the record keeping and retrieval of all records - tests, inspections, QC logs as per requirement. Mange team when required.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
