Overview: The QA Fresher will be responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about quality assurance and eager to start their careers in the IT industry. The QA Fresher will work closely with senior QA engineers and developers to learn and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to uncover defects and ensure optimal software performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Participate in product design and specification reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential issues.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, tools, and trends in software quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for quality assurance and a keen interest in learning new technologies

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
