**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester or similar role.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and testing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or others.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with web, mobile, or API testing automation.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with database management and querying (e.g., SQL).

**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and report issues.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud services or virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Experience with security testing or mobile app testing.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
