We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in assigned geography.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages of our FMCG products.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of sale with customers to maximize profitability and meet sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and fulfilment of customer orders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month + (TA-DA)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Delhi, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- FMCG Sales: 2 years (required)
