**Objectives**:

- **Learn & Grow**: Gain practical exposure to global IT sales through structured training.
- **Appointment Support**: Assist the senior sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.
- **CRM Support**: Understand and maintain accurate prospect records in CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in qualifying prospects based on set criteria.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments for the senior sales team.
- Learn to update lead details, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities to reporting managers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- **Communication**: Excellent spoken and written English with confidence to interact with international clients.
- **Eagerness to Learn**: Strong interest in sales and willingness to undergo training.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn processes and work in a target-driven environment.
