- Understand client requirements and present relevant services/products.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell services when possible.
- Maintain CRM/database with accurate information on leads and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
