Job Description:
Business Development Executive (CASA) This role involves acquiring new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales and relationship-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, and explain banking products.
- Achieve monthly targets for account openings and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities to increase CASA sourcing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 03 years in sales/field marketing (Freshers are welcome).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field.
