**Profile Name: Re-engagement Copywriter**

**The Challenge**

**STAGE is producing hyperlocal premium quality content for Bharat in dialects; Individuals should have deep understanding of dialect and cultural element, ability to write contextual content into dialect to engage the users. Copywriters understand their audience and engage them through persuasive and accurate writing.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Write short - form compelling and catchy copy for push notifications, sms, social media captions, whatsapp, app etc to generate desirability to watch the content.**
- **Ability to write engaging contextual video scripts for STAGE social media platform**
- **Responsible for writing compelling marketing and promotional materials**
- **Writing copy that complements the creative concepts for app, campaigns, offline and social media**
- **Speaking with internal and external teams to learn about their content needs**
- **Ensuring all copy is proofread and free of errors**
- **Learning about the target audience for copy**
- **Communications to customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice**

**Expectations**
- **You have prior experience as a Copywriter as well as a strong portfolio of copy samples**
- **Deep research and understanding of Dialect market**
- **Ability to work under tight deadlines**
- **Strong communication, research, and typing skills**
- **Knowledge of social platforms and user behavior**
- **You are organized and deliver work within timelines**
- **Can work independently as well as within a team**
- **Growth and Ownership mindset**
- **Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data**

**STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.**

**Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi and Rajasthani as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region, with over 150k+ subscribers already.**

**We are a 100% remote team of 45, headquartered in Noida.**
