**Home-based Care**

1. Assist physician during home medical consultation

2. A regular visit to elders at their home independently for review

3. Conduct nursing procedures
- RT insertion, major wound dressing, enema, Urine catheterization, IV, IM injections at Home

4. Pharmacy purchase and dispensing of medications for members at Home

**Administrative**

1. Responsible person for the lab, pharmacy, consultation, and nursing service cash collection.

2. Coordinating the clinical duties of the facilities (Assisted living home and Skilled Nursing facilities) and reporting to the medical director.

**Essentials**

1. Should have two-wheeler and should be willing to travel in it to conduct clinical duties at home

2. Should be ready to handle emergency calls from patients 24X7

3. Should be ready to visit patients at night if required on their own transport for emergencies.

4. Should possess excellent communication skill and be ready to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Girinagar, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
