**Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse (Female)**

**Job Summary**:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff
Nurse/Head Nurse to join our team at Raha Ayurveda Hospital, an esteemed Ayurvedic hospital in Kochi, Kerala. As a Senior Staff Nurse/Head Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- GNM/B.Sc in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Ayurvedic hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Registered Nurse with Kerala Nursing Council

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of quality patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in the training and development of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital
