- Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and adjusting as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Recording patient symptoms, treatments, and outcomes.
- Communicating with other healthcare providers through written and verbal reports.
