We are looking for a **smart, confident, and dedicated female Telecaller cum Office Assistant** who can handle inbound/outbound calls and also assist in basic office management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily outbound/inbound customer calls
- Provide information about products/services
- Follow-up calls for inquiries and leads
- Maintain call logs and follow-up sheets
- Handle basic file and document management (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with team and update task sheets
- Assist in day-to-day office activities

**Requirements**:
