Desktop Support Technician

1. Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users in a field or remote setting. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and resolving technical incidents to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
3. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware upgrades, software updates, and system patches. Monitor and manage inventory levels of computer equipment and peripherals, ensuring availability and functionality.
5. Network and Connectivity: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections. Collaborate with network administrators and other IT personnel to resolve network-related problems and optimize network performance.
6. Remote Support: Utilize remote access tools to provide assistance to off-site users. Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, minimizing the need for on-site visits and ensuring prompt problem resolution.
7. Incident Management: Follow established incident management processes and ticketing systems to document and track technical issues. Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate IT teams and ensure timely resolution.
8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with end-users. Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring user satisfaction and confidence in IT services.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
