**Job Description Summary**: Principal Agile Transformer (Agile Coach) is responsible for improving the overall Agile Maturity of the Gas Power IT organization. It is very critical for the products & POD's to improve their Agile maturity as they (Value Streams) transition to SAFe adoption, and this person will play an important role in this transformation journey. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Plays a crucial role in defining the Agile Roadmap, building the Agile Maturity framework & assessment models, measuring and improving the maturity of various Agile POD's & product teams - Coaches various stakeholders (Scrum Masters, TPMs, DPMs, Tech Leads, Architects and development teams) on the importance of Agile Transformation & Maturity - Works closely with the POD teams in assessing the Agile maturity of their POD/Product on various areas including People (POD structure & roles), Process (Scrum Ceremonies) and Technology (Built-In-Quality, Technical Agility, DevOps, Test Automation, etc.,) - Continuously measures and sets individual targets in improving the overall Agile maturity of the POD / Product / Function / Value Stream - Brings in lot of Technical & Agile experience in both Agile & SAFe implementations - Influences stakeholders, including Sr. Leaders & CIO's on the Agile Maturity & Transformation - Coaches teams on how to adapt to changing circumstances to meet group goals and include coaching teams to effectively execute Scrum practices - Applies Systems Thinking in coaching diverse groups of stakeholders how to map and manage the complete value stream of their software program - Requires specialized knowledge within a function (ERP, SWE, etc.,) - Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends in Agility & SAFe - Communicates difficult concepts, influence others on particular topics. Guide others to consider a different point of view. Ability to support teams in developing & managing Agile Contracts **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science - 12+ years of IT/DT experience driving Technical, Agile & Product Management, including minimum of 5yrs in Agile development - Significant & noted experience in Transforming Agility across different technology domains (ERP, SWE, Commercial, etc.,) - Minimum of 5yrs experience in Technical development and has good understanding of Testing Methodologies, DevOps (CI/CD) - Experience in coaching both POD teams and Sr. Leaders.. as well as both Full Time Employees (FTE's) and contract / partner teams - Significant experience as a "True Agile Coach" - Hands-On experience in managing Product & Program Management tools like Aha, Jira, Rally, etc., **Desired Characteristics** - Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems - Foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally POD teams - Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customers - Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities - Proven analytical and problem resolution skills **Additional Information**: **Relocation Assistance Provided**:Yes
