Agile Transformation Leader for Software Solutions

The team you will be part of

As our new Agile Transformation Leader, you will facilitate and manage a transformation from our current working within the software solution program office with multiple interactions that would be expected in an agile environment.

The focus will be on our application software, but with close alignment towards hardware devices and embedded software for our hearing aids, headsets and video bars solutions.

You will work remotely with occasional travels to our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark and our software development center in Poland and your direct report will be the Head of Software Management Paul Siddle.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• manage several initiatives to lead the teams to delivery and be the custodian of our agile and lean practices
• conduct and facilitate Kaizen and process improvements and take responsibility to understand the current delivery performance in terms of cost, reliability and quality
• deliver significant improvements to velocity and quality through agile related transformation initiatives
• be involved and participate in other software solutions governance and ways of working initiatives as required
• ensure high-quality operations within the software solution department
• proficient in leading and encouraging teams from various functional areas
• great communication and presentation skills across functions and borders in an international environment being able to convey complex information clearly being innovative and quality-focused in your work

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

• have solid software delivery experience and have delivered complex software solutions to the market and know how to manage stakeholders effectively
• have experience working with hardware or embedded systems
• a Engineering or other similar and relevant education and several years of experience in managing significant projects/programs
• have a commercial mindset, understand the customer needs to optimize company value
• solid experience with agile software development methodologies, notably in a SAFe setup
• are familiar with project management tools, professional qualifications useful eg PMP or similar
• have a good understanding of English, both spoken and written
