Job Title: Travel Agency Manager / Field Manager (Specializing in Religious Tourism)

Job Overview:
In this role, you will oversee a team, manage relationships with religious sites, coordinate travel logistics, and ensure our clients have a fulfilling and spiritually enriching experience. Your experience and connections within the industry will play a key role in shaping our offerings and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Ensure the successful organization of religious tours, from initial client inquiry to post-trip follow-ups. Provide expert advice and customized solutions for clients interested in religious and spiritual destinations in India and West Bengal.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of travel coordinators, tour guides, and other operational staff. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key religious and spiritual sites across India and West Bengal. Develop connections with temples, ashrams, pilgrimage sites, and other religious organizations to provide exclusive experiences for clients.

Tour Development: Design and curate itineraries for spiritual tours, ensuring they meet the expectations of our clients while highlighting the cultural and religious significance of each destination.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and local guide services. Ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients.

Business Development: Work towards expanding the company’s network and customer base within the religious tourism sector. Identify new opportunities to grow the business and establish partnerships with other industry players.

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the religious tourism offerings through online and offline channels. Participate in the development of promotional material and campaigns.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns during the trip, ensuring satisfaction and positive reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in religious tourism, specifically in India and West Bengal. In-depth knowledge of religious destinations, rituals, customs, and pilgrimage practices is essential.

Local Expertise: Strong contacts and relationships with key spiritual destinations, temples, and ashrams in India and West Bengal.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.

Leadership: Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.

Customer Focus: Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience, with attention to detail and a deep understanding of the needs of spiritual tourists.

Networking: Strong ability to network and build meaningful, long-term relationships within the religious tourism industry.

Cultural Sensitivity: An understanding of and respect for the religious and cultural practices of various communities within India.

Education: A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related field is preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,095.66 - ₹40,112.87 per month
