**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions using available tools and resources.
- Deliver service in alignment with defined KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
- Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities where necessary.
- Promote additional products or services based on customer needs.Participate in team improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

**Education**:Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).

**Languages**:Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules.

**Work Schedule**:
**Shift**:9-hour shifts, 24/7 rotational.

**Working Days**: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**:Up to **₹20,000/month (CTC)**for both freshers and experienced.
- **Bonus**:₹4,000 **quarterly bonus**(every 3 months) in addition to take-home salary.

- **Processor**:Intel i3 or i5
- **Accessories**:Headphones or Headset**(mandatory)
